Training HYROX At A Busy Gym Is Its Own Workout
Most commercial gyms have one sled, one set of wall balls, and dozens of people who want them at the same time as you. A HYROX session turns into a session of waiting - for the rig, for the sled lane, for someone to finish their set so you can start yours.
Effortless Gym Poole is fitted out specifically for this. The equipment is here, it's official HYROX x Centr kit, and shared sessions are capped at six people. Or book Exclusive Use to have the whole gym to yourself, with no one else sharing your session.

Training For Doubles? Bring Your Partner.
Doubles is one of the most popular HYROX formats, but it's hard to practise handovers and station swaps in a busy gym with people between you and your partner.
Book Exclusive Use and the whole gym is yours and your partner's - work through every station together, practise transitions, and use the equipment exactly as you'll need it on race day. Your first session is £14.99 total for your group for 60 minutes. Pay by Stripe, then WhatsApp us after payment to arrange a time.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this an official HYROX event venue?
Effortless Gym Poole is a HYROX-affiliated training facility fitted out with official HYROX x Centr competition equipment - it's a place to train for HYROX, not an event venue hosting races.
Do I need to be training for a HYROX race to come here?
No. Members use the HYROX equipment for general strength and conditioning too. But if you are training for a race, you'll find every station you need under one roof.
Can I bring a training partner?
Yes. Doubles is one of the main HYROX race formats, and our Exclusive Use sessions let you and a partner train stations together without anyone else in the way. Your first session is £14.99 total for your group for 60 minutes with the whole gym. Pay by Stripe, then WhatsApp us to arrange a time after payment.
Is the sled lane the full competition distance?
Our indoor sled lane is 9m, with plenty of room to push and pull back and forth - so you can easily use it for full race-distance simulation work, not just technique and loading.
Do you have equipment for kids?
Yes. We stock an official junior/youngstars HYROX range - kids' wall balls (1kg, 2kg, 3kg), kids' sandbags (5kg, 7.5kg), kids' kettlebells, and a sled handle and rope sized for kids - so children can train on scaled-down official gear on Exclusive Use sessions.
How much does membership cost?
Membership starts from £49.99 a month, plus a one-off £15 joining fee at Poole for your door fob. Or try the whole gym with your group for 60 minutes for £14.99 total - no membership required. After Stripe payment, WhatsApp us to arrange a time.
Where are you based and is there parking?
Unit D2, Arena Business Centre, Holyrood Close, Poole, BH17 7FJ - with free parking directly outside the unit.
