Doubles is one of the most popular HYROX formats, but it's hard to practise handovers and station swaps in a busy gym with people between you and your partner.
Book Exclusive Use and the whole gym is yours and your partner's - work through every station together, practise transitions, and use the equipment exactly as you'll need it on race day. Your first sole-use session is just £14.99 for 60 minutes.

Effortless Gym Poole is a HYROX-affiliated training facility fitted out with official HYROX x Centr competition equipment - it's a place to train for HYROX, not an event venue hosting races.
Do I need to be training for a HYROX race to come here?
No. Members use the HYROX equipment for general strength and conditioning too. But if you are training for a race, you'll find every station you need under one roof.
Can I bring a training partner?
Yes. Doubles is one of the main HYROX race formats, and our Exclusive Use sessions let you and a partner train stations together without anyone else in the way. Your first sole-use session is £14.99.
Is the sled lane the full competition distance?
Our indoor sled lane is 9m, with plenty of room to push and pull back and forth - so you can easily use it for full race-distance simulation work, not just technique and loading.
Do you have equipment for kids?
Yes. We stock an official junior/youngstars HYROX range - kids' wall balls (1kg, 2kg, 3kg), kids' sandbags (5kg, 7.5kg), kids' kettlebells, and a sled handle and rope sized for kids - so children can train on scaled-down official gear on Exclusive Use sessions.
How much does membership cost?
