What Effortless Gym Poole Is Actually Like
Walk in and there will be five people in here at most. Usually fewer. Nobody is waiting for the bench you want, nobody is filming, and nobody is watching what you lift.
It's our largest site, fitted out at Arena Business Centre with a custom Wolverson rig, a full free weight range and the official HYROX competition equipment. There is room to move properly between stations, which matters if you're training sleds, wall balls or sandbags rather than just working through machines.
Members book their slot in the app and let themselves in with a QR code, any hour of the day. If you'd rather nobody else was in the building at all, you can book Exclusive Use and have the whole gym to yourself, your family or your PT.

No. The viewing is simply your opportunity to see Effortless and decide whether it suits you.
Will someone show me around?
Yes. Lorna or a member of the Effortless team will meet you and show you how everything works.

Which location should I visit?

I'm nervous about gyms. Is this suitable for me?
Yes. Effortless was specifically created to offer an alternative to busy and intimidating commercial gyms. You can come and look around before making any commitment.
How much does membership cost?
Membership starts from £49.99 a month, plus a one-off £15 joining fee at Poole for your door fob. The exact price depends on which plan you choose - we'll explain the options during your viewing, with no obligation to join.
Is there free parking?
Yes. There's free parking directly outside the unit at Arena Business Centre.
