Your Own Gym. Your Own Time.
Every session at Effortless is booked, so you always know how many people will be in the room before you arrive. At Bournemouth Airport that's a maximum of four. Or book Exclusive Use and the gym is closed to everyone but you.
No waiting for the rig, no one filming themselves in the mirror, no one watching what you lift. Bring your partner, your kids or your PT, or come alone and train in quiet.
Shared sessions - max 4 people
Book a spot alongside up to 3 other members. Calm and never crowded.
Exclusive Use - the whole gym is yours
Train alone, with family, or with your PT. Under-16s are welcome on Exclusive Use sessions only.

Who Bournemouth Airport Suits, And Where Members Travel From
Our most private site is fully equipped for everything you need, with capacity kept deliberately low - shared sessions are capped at just 4 people. That makes it the natural choice for booking Exclusive Use with a partner, friends or family, so the whole gym is yours together. We regularly welcome members from Christchurch, Hurn, Bournemouth, Highcliffe and Burton. If you'd prefer more space or official HYROX equipment, see our Poole gym, a short drive further west.
