Tired of Poole's big commercial gyms?
We hear the same thing from most people who find us - they got sick of their gym and started looking for something better.
Packed out during any reasonable hour
Waiting for the wall balls, sled or rig every session
Training next to strangers while you figure out a new exercise
Driving round the car park for 20 minutes
No real HYROX equipment - just a rower and a rack of tyres
Music you hate, temperature you can't control, lighting you can't change
Effortless Gym Poole fixes all of that. One at a time.
