This isn't a taster session on a shared gym floor. When you book, the whole of Effortless Gym Bournemouth Airport is reserved for you for 60 minutes - no other members, no strangers, nobody waiting for the equipment you're using.
It's our smallest and quietest site, fitted out with a custom Wolverson rig, a full free weight range and premium cardio equipment - everything close together but never crowded.

Before You Book
Will anyone else be in the gym with us?
No. Your first session is sole use of the entire Bournemouth Airport gym for your 60-minute booking - no other members and no strangers, whether it's just you or your full group.
How many people can I bring?
Up to three other people can join you at no extra cost, for a total of four people in the building - the same as our maximum session capacity at Bournemouth Airport.
Is this a one-off? Can I book it again?
This offer is for your first visit only, so you can experience Effortless before deciding whether to join. After that, members book sessions through the app, or you can book Exclusive Use again for a fee.
Do I need to be a member to book this?
No. This is a one-off, no-obligation session for £14.99, whether or not you go on to join.
How do I arrange a time?
Once you've paid, message us on WhatsApp and we'll agree a 60-minute slot that works for you and your group.
What does membership cost afterwards?
Membership starts from £49.99 a month, with no long term contract. We'll talk through the options after your session, with absolutely no pressure to join.
Is there parking?
Yes. There's free parking directly outside at Basepoint Aviation Park West.
