No. The viewing is simply your opportunity to see Effortless and decide whether it suits you.
Will someone show me around?
Yes. Lorna or a member of the Effortless team will meet you and show you how everything works.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes. If your partner, friend or family member is interested too, they're welcome to come along.
Which location should I visit?
Choose Bournemouth Airport if you want our smallest and most intimate gym environment. Choose Poole Arena if you want more training space, functional fitness equipment or HYROX training.
I'm nervous about gyms. Is this suitable for me?
Yes. Effortless was specifically created to offer an alternative to busy and intimidating commercial gyms. You can come and look around before making any commitment.
How much does membership cost?
Memberships start from £49.99 a month with no long term contract. We'll explain the options if you want to know more, but there's no expectation to join during your viewing.
Is there free parking?
Yes. Both locations have free onsite parking.
